This large unique site presented alot of design challenges. Whilst it afforded great city views it was irregular shaped and had significant ground fall which did not suit the strict height and storey limit imposed by council. With alot of design consideration and negotiations with Brisbane City Council we received their planning consent which was later appealed by an objector in the Planning & Environment Court. The court decision was in our client's favour and the development is awaiting construction.
